Justaris This third volume of New Century is a bit of an abrupt change in setting from the first two books, with an all new world and characters.

However, in my opinion, this is not only the best book in the series, but one that can be enjoyed fully even with no prior knowledge of the other books

It has something of a slow build, but by the end I was on the edge of my seat.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. Check it out - you won't be disappointed! Favorite track: Temple of the Fire Lion.

Hrao is going to have to let her guard down a little in order to forge the kind of companionship that might allow at least one of them to survive this perilous road.
